Trudovets and pravets have long been established as holiday areas with Bulgarians. Many rich Sofians have property in Trudovets and Pravets and the price of property and land in these areas normally command a very high price.
The location of this plot of land is EXCELLENT and we recommend an early visit as it is extremely well priced and should sell very quickly. This area has many benefits, you will have the benefit of being in a nicely kept village with good roads and facilities, but also the advantage of being very close to Pravets with its many modern facilities.
